Objectives

The programmes objectives are: to develop the capacity of players, to promote gender equality effectively, in particular through support for the exchange of information and good practice and networking at Community level.
The global objective of the project is to establish a methodology of the fight against the sexists stereotypes supported on good practices. Aiming on the one hand, the sector of the education and the training (of the early childhood to the secondary and the vocational guidance) and on the other hand the problems of the link between company, initial training and continuous training.
The collection of analyses and experiments carried out by the partners, belonging to several European Union Countries, will make it possible to combine the scientific analysis with the experiment of ground. This working method will make it possible to work out a synthesis which will have a European dimension and will arrive at operational conclusions in comparison with the fight against the sexist stereotypes
